About these terms

The beta

PEDAA is in private beta. Features can change, break or be removed, and we may reset or end the beta. We will tell you if that affects your wardrobe.

Your account and your content

You are responsible for your account. You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to store them and to process them, including with AI providers, only so that PEDAA can run for you.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Please do not upload photos of other people.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, try to break it or access other people’s data, or use it to break the law.

Styling advice

Outfit suggestions and weather tips are meant to help, not to guarantee how an outfit will look or whether it suits the weather. AI can be wrong. Use your own judgement.

Not a shop

PEDAA does not sell clothes.

Ending your use

You can delete your photos and your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Changes

We will update this page and its date when the terms change. Before launch, this draft will be reviewed and replaced.
