Who we are

PEDAA is run by PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name, registered at PLACEHOLDER: registered address. You can reach us at the contact page on this site.

What we collect

• Your account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the basic account details they share. If you sign in with an email code, we store your email address.
• Your garment photos. The photos you upload to build your wardrobe, and the details the AI fills in for each garment, such as its type and colour.
• Your outfits. The outfits you save or mark as worn.
• Beta sign-up. If you join the beta list, we receive your email address, selected platform, optional country and consent to beta emails. PLACEHOLDER: approve the signup retention period, request-abuse data handling and withdrawal/deletion process before enabling collection.

How we use it

We use your photos and details only to run PEDAA for you: to keep your wardrobe, to build outfits from it and to give styling and weather-aware tips. We do not use them for advertising.

Where your photos live

Photos are kept in private storage. Access in the app is restricted to your account; server-side services and AI providers also process photos for wardrobe features. AI provider keys stay on our servers and are never placed inside the app. Your images and the links to them are not written to analytics or logs.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your photos or your data.
• We do not share your photos for advertising.
• We do not infer sensitive personal traits from your photos.

AI providers

To read garments and suggest outfits, we send the relevant photos or details to AI providers who process them for us. PLACEHOLDER: list of providers and what each receives.

Deleting your data

You can delete your photos and your account at any time from the app. PLACEHOLDER: how long backups are kept after deletion.

Your rights

We will update this page and its date when this policy changes. Before launch, this draft will be reviewed and replaced.
